CrossLight Pics3D 2020/2021

metal/semi auto-affinity (ohmic contact) model revised so that
all metal/semi interface point metal affinity is adjusted according to
semiconductor doping. Previously, a single affinity is used for the
whole metal. This is useful if same metal makes contact with both
n and p types of semiconductor (eg., in IGBT).

Reduced maximum step in Newton solver for built-in potential at contacts.
This should increase stability and prevent solution oscillations between iterations;
convergence may be slower due to additional steps in the Newton method.

Let suprem stress import be direct use of original xyz coordinate.
In previous versions, import were converted to quantum well coordinates.
That means any older import should switch back to original electrical mesh.

heat generated by optical absortion when involving recombination heat.

A design flaw in defining DBR structure in VCSEL has been corrected
with background loss automatically added to the DBR region if macro
absorption is less than the background loss in init_wave. Affected
cmd: vertical_dbr_layer_mater

Baliga model recovers both type of dopants

For y-direction cavity (VCSEL), the accuracy of the wave profile
in the longitudinal direction is improved so that results might slightly
differ from previous versions (more efficiency).
